FAQs
Do your products meet EN20471?
YES. All Hiviz products have been independently tested and certified to EN 20471 - High Visibility Warning Clothing.
Why should I wear high visibility clothing?
In many industries such as construction, road maintenance or any work that takes place on or by a public road, wearing high visibility clothing compliant to EN20471 is a legal requirement. But whether your out cycling on the roads or have broken down on the road side, wearing high visibility clothing makes you more visible to other drivers and therefore safer.
Are other high visibility products available?
In addition to Hivis Core Collection available online, other high visibility products such as polycotton garments and anti-static fire retardant garments are available for large orders. Call 01942 909069 for more information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will usually take between 2-3 working days to arrive. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Channel Island and Scottish islands may take an additional day or two to arrive depending on their remoteness. In some such cases delays may also be caused by weather conditions.
How do I return a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, or wish to arrange a return or exchange, please contact the Customer Care team via e-mail at [email protected] or on 01942 909069 who will help you resolve any difficulties or arrange a replacement if needed.
How do I pay and is it safe to use my credit / debit card?

We use a secure encrypted connection when dealing with your payment details to ensure it's safe to use your card over the Internet. All payments are taken from the card on despatch of your goods.
